Creating a routine can reduce your stress and improve your overall well-being. Research shows that meditation can build skills to manage stress, reduce negative emotions, increase creativity and manage symptoms of anxiety, heart disease, and chronic pain, just to name a few. A common misunderstanding of meditation is that the goal is to empty the mind, which seems daunting and even impossible. However, the goal of meditation is to quiet the mind in a way that those thoughts don't lead us to be caught up in the worrying, planning, thinking, and reasoning that leads to harmful stress.
Join Kristen Nice as she leads daily meditation through the month of enrollment. She will offer a variety of techniques including using the breath as an anchor, mantras, mudras, chakras, cosmic visualizations, cultivating abundance, nurturing compassion, and more! These will be offered through both live sessions through Zoom and pre-recorded sessions you can do when it fits your schedule.
*Live sessions are also recorded and available for viewing through the month of enrollment. This series is perfect for those looking to start mediation for the first time, or for those looking to commit to a consistent practice.
Enrollment includes access to live and recorded daily meditations through a private Facebook group or personal Google Drive link.
