Abstract Lights
Yin Yang Yoga

 Tuesdays 7:30pm 

Yin Yang is a blended class channeling both dynamic yang, and subtle yin energies.  Often described as two side of the same mountain, the sunny side representing yang, and the shaded side yin. One cannot exist without the other. Class will open with dynamic flow including sun salutations to warm the body, with the second half of the class dedicated to static yin postures held for 3-5 minutes to promote release, deep tissue stretch and healthy flow of energy.

Prenatal Yoga

Wednesdays 5:30pm

Make space for yourself during this special time in your life. Connect with other pregnant women while engaging in relaxation and breath techniques, and postures to increase strength and facilitate release in order to set yourself up for the best possible pregnancy, labor and delivery.

BASICS Yoga

Saturdays 9:15am

Whether it's the first time on your mat or you're getting back to basics, join the class for a beginning flow that will take time to break down individual postures and answer questions.
